Once one is able to apply light pressure to the injured area, gently rub Icy Arnica Gel with its cooling effect over the bruised muscle or joint. The soothing benefits of Arnica oil in the gel will help to further reduce the bruising and swelling, while the Wintergreen oil and Menthol will continue to alleviate inflammation in the days following the injury. Icy Arnica Gel can be used until no bruising is visible on the skin or until mobility has returned to normal.
