This Head Immobiliser is simple to use, lightweight, and easy to clean due to its vinyl-dipped foam construction.

The head immobiliser can be used on all standard backboards, composed of a universal attachment base and two durable head straps, closed-cell foam head blocks, with one set of head and chin straps.
