The Core Fitness Mat is an exercise mat that is suited to a wide variety of exercises, especially as a Pilates mat. It provides soft and supportive cushioning, and includes a removable shoulder strap, making it ideal to transport to the gym or mat Pilates class.

Made from NBR rubber, this exercise mat is extra comfortable and supports the joints whilst exercising, and is also non-absorbent, making it hygienic and easy to clean. NBR is also lightweight so as a 10mm thick Pilates mat with an included carry strap, it is easily portable.
